Botanical insect growth regulator (IGR) preserves crop quality and yield across a wide range of crops by blocking insect molting and metamorphosis to stop juveniles from developing into adults, deterring feeding, and interfering with reproduction.
MODE OF ACTION
Deploys multi-site activity and multiple modes of action to disrupt insect growth. It controls target insects’ ability to develop and multiply by killing larvae or nymphs before they become reproducing adults, as well as interfering with the insect molting hormone, ecdysone. AZARATE also reduces damage by repelling and deterring feeding of all stages of insects.
