It works two ways: through direct contact that disrupts pests and pathogens and by triggering the plant’s own defense system (SAR). The result is healthier crops, reduced disease pressure, and improved yields.

HIGH POWER FORMULATION

Powered by a natural biochemical chitosan (poly-d-glucosamine). The degree of deacetylation is (95%) and molecular weight is (Medium- Low) to provide the highest potential efficacy. KitoGard is manufactured with a “soft” biological/ enzymatic deacetylation process producing a clean homogeneous user-friendly formulation.

MODE OF ACTION

Breaks down the outer shells of nematodes and their eggs in the root zone, stopping them before they can cause damage. At the same time, it activates the plant’s natural defense mechanisms, enabling roots to break down and absorb nematodes while reducing their ability to reproduce. KitoGard also enhances beneficial soil microbes that attack and destroy nematodes—including eggs—creating a healthier, more resilient soil environment overall.
